Changing the Connected Route Navigation Logic (Alternative option)

Starting March 24, 2022, the ‘Economic’ route will replace the current ‘Alternative’ route guidance option. The new option factors in toll roads while maximising efficiency.
- Target vehicle platform: Standard 5W generation, Premium 5th generation, and Premium 6th generation vehicles (with Connected Routing services).
- Route Option Definition
- Recommended: Route will take the least amount of time (no change)
- Alternative (Economic Route): Route will prefer the shortest distance to your destination with as little toll as necessary (new)
※ For short routes and routes with the same toll fee, the Recommended and Alternative routes may be identical.
