Software update: Multi-Keyboard improvement for new Kona
A new over-the-air (OTA) software update is now available for your vehicle, improving the Multi-Keyboard system.
What’s improved?
This update optimizes the Multi-Keyboard software logic, ensuring the keyboard properly enters sleep mode after the vehicle is switched off. This helps prevent unnecessary battery drain on the 12V system.
Applies to:
New Kona (petrol, hybrid, electric)
Vehicles produced between September 4, 2024 and October 15, 2024
Update duration: Approximately 5 minutes
This update is already available at dealerships and is now being rolled out via OTA to ensure all vehicles receive the necessary improvements.
