If you see an error saying ‘no response from server or no network available’ after installing and running Navigation Updater (hereinafter, “NaU”),
this means NaU is unable to connect to the server so please refer to the solution below to fix the problem.

- Open the Windows Menu Search
- Search for ‘Internet Option’
- Click [Advanced] on the upper menu and put checkmarks in four setting boxes then click Confirm at the bottom. ▷ Use SSL 3.0 / Use TLS 1.0 / Use TLS 1.1 / TLS 1.2
- Chrome Settings
- Chrome Menu > Settings
- Advanced > System> ‘Open Your Computer’s Proxy Settings’
- Click [Advanced] on the upper menu and put checkmarks in four setting boxes then click Confirm at the bottom.
